The LTL-first TMS for brokers & 3PLs

Quote LTL in seconds. Not after a sales call.

Too much broker software takes weeks to go live and treats LTL as a tab on a truckload system. StreamLine rates your own carrier accounts and aggregator feeds on one screen, books with the carrier, prints a correct BOL and invoices the load — and you can see it on your own freight before you commit.

The broker software tax

You're paying for software that slows you down.

Every hour your reps spend on carrier websites, retyping BOLs and chasing check calls is margin you already earned and gave back. Here is what the category has trained brokers to accept — and what we refuse to do.

Tax 01 · The sales cycle

A discovery call before you learn anything.

Much of the category makes you sit through a sales process just to find out whether the product fits. StreamLine is priced per named user, quoted the same business day, and you can see it working on your own freight first.

Tax 02 · The implementation project

Weeks of go-live before your first quote.

Some platforms quote multi-week or 90-day implementations. StreamLine has no implementation project. Your workspace is ready within one business day of signing up, and we connect your carrier accounts and brand your portal with you.

Tax 03 · LTL as an afterthought

Truckload software with an LTL tab.

Many broker TMSs were built around the truckload load board, and LTL shows up as a carrier count. StreamLine was built quoting LTL first: density, class, linear feet, hazmat, accessorials, re-pricing at booking and a correct third-party bill-to on the BOL.

Tax 04 · The swivel chair

Booked in your TMS. Booked again on the carrier site.

If "booking" means copying the load into a carrier website, you're doing the job twice. Aggregator loads book by API with the carrier's BOL and pickup numbers written back; XPO books, tracks and returns documents directly.

LTL, done properly

Every LTL rate you're entitled to. One screen.

One lane entry prices across your direct carrier accounts and your aggregator feeds at your negotiated discounts, cheapest first, with your margin already applied.

01

Your accounts, your discounts

Direct rating with FedEx Freight, Old Dominion, ABF, AAA Cooper and XPO on your own account numbers — plus Worldwide Express and Priority1 aggregator feeds rated alongside. Best buy wins.

02

Booked means booked

Aggregator loads book by API with the BOL and pickup numbers written back to the load. XPO books, tracks and returns documents directly. Nothing gets re-keyed on a carrier website.

03

Margin you can't lose by accident

A portal booking is re-priced with the carrier at the moment it books and refused below your margin floor. The floor is enforced on the server, not just shown on a screen. Credit limits are checked before the load exists.

04

Freight described once, correctly

Density and cube per handling unit, with the implied class one click away. Linear feet estimated and drawn on a 53' trailer floor, with a warning where volume pricing starts. Guaranteed service shown alongside standard.

05

Hazmat as a description, not a checkbox

UN number, proper shipping name, class, packing group and 24-hour emergency contact captured on the quote and printed on the BOL in regulatory order.

06

No more rebill fights

Third-party bill-to printed correctly for aggregator freight, and a freight-bill audit that checks the carrier's invoice against the agreed rate, line by line.

07

RFPs in an afternoon

A mass rater prices a whole lane sheet at once, and email intake turns a shipper's rate request into a quote request without anyone retyping it.

And everything after the quote

One load record. Quote to cash.

Quote, booking, carrier, documents, tracking, POD and invoice all live on the same record, so the rate you sold is the rate you bill.

Truckload

Multi-stop, covered by MC

Multi-pickup, multi-stop routes with every dock named. Build a load without a quote, post it to the Available board, and assign a carrier by name, MC or DOT. If the carrier isn't on file, we pull it from FMCSA.

Carrier risk

Vetting is a gate

FMCSA authority and out-of-service status block tenders automatically. Expired insurance stops a truckload tender until a current certificate is on file.

Customer portal

Your brand, their self-service

Shippers quote, book and track under your logo, in six languages, priced with your margins on the server. Unlimited portal logins at no extra cost.

Tracking

The record updates itself

Carrier feeds advance status and fill in PRO numbers. Truckload drivers check in from a link with no app to install, and your customer is emailed as the status changes.

Documents

Paperwork that's right

BOL, labels, rate confirmations and invoices are generated from the load and emailed to the right dock at booking.

Billing

Invoices that build themselves

Invoices come from the load with your remit-to and terms and sync to QuickBooks. PODs and carrier bills are captured and matched against the load.

AI desk

Agents that draft, people who approve

Built-in AI agents for billing, collections, tracking and freight-bill audit draft the routine work into a review queue. Each one can be off, on dry run or live, and you choose which.

Inbox

Quote from Outlook and Gmail

Add-ins turn a rate-request email into a quote request in place, without copy and paste or switching tabs.

Reporting

Live margin, not month-end

Net margin by load, customer, carrier and mode from the moment a load books. Scheduled reports are emailed automatically, and exports go to PDF, Excel and CSV.

Carrier performance & accountability

Every carrier gets a grade. Every miss gets a name.

"They're usually good" is not a carrier strategy. StreamLine scores each carrier from the loads they actually ran, flags a problem while it's happening, and stops a tender that shouldn't go out.

A–F

A scorecard built from real loads

On-time pickup %, on-time delivery % and missed appointments per carrier, rolled into one weighted score and an A–F grade, ranked against your fleet average. Click a miss to see the load and the note behind it.

±60m

On time means on time

Every loaded and unloaded event is checked against that stop's appointment window plus a grace period you set. A carrier that never shows up is marked missed automatically, not left for someone to log. The grade comes from timestamps, not from someone's memory at the end of the month.

5 min

Problems surface while they can still be fixed

Every five minutes a sweep opens an exception for a late pickup or delivery, an ETA that has slipped past the window, detention building at the dock, a truck that has gone quiet for 12 hours, or a missed appointment, when no truck has shown up hours after the window closed. Driver-reported delays, damage and reclasses land on the same board, with the carrier named.

Gate

Tenders that shouldn't go out, don't

Inactive authority, an out-of-service order, an unsatisfactory safety rating, liability cover under $750k or expired insurance withholds the tender automatically. For truckload you can also require a signed broker-carrier agreement before anything is released.

$

Bills checked against what was agreed

Every carrier bill is audited line by line against the quote and the booking, and a variance goes to a review queue, not to accounts payable.

80%

Know who you depend on

The carrier mix report shows each carrier's loads, spend and margin, and how few carriers carry 80% of your freight. It's the concentration risk nobody tracks until a carrier walks.

Portal

Accountability your customer can see

Shippers see their own on-time percentage and spend in the portal, measured against their delivery appointments, so the service conversation starts from the same numbers.

Custom integrations

Your dock equipment and your systems, wired in.

A TMS that only knows what someone typed will always lose to the carrier's re-weigh. StreamLine takes measurements straight from the dock and connects to the systems you already run. When your setup needs something specific, we build that integration with you.

Dimensioners & VMS

Measured, not guessed

Dimensioners, volume measurement systems (VMS) and scales post length, width, height, weight, piece count and an evidence photo straight onto the shipment, and the density, class and linear feet recalculate on the spot. We connect your specific equipment as a scoped integration.

Phone capture

A dimensioner in your pocket

No dimensioner yet? A LiDAR-equipped phone on the dock measures the pallet, grades its own confidence, and attaches the photo, with no login on a shared warehouse device.

Device security

A credential that can only measure

Each device is paired by an admin and gets a key that can post a measurement and nothing else. If a device walks off, revoke its key in one click. Nobody's password needs resetting.

Reweigh & reclass

Your numbers against the carrier's

When the carrier bills a different weight, class or piece count, the variance against your captured measurements goes into a review queue. You dispute it with a photo and a timestamp, not a hunch.

Business systems

The rest of your stack

QuickBooks sync for invoices, Outlook and Gmail add-ins for quoting from the inbox, email intake for rate requests, and EDI with your trading partners, mapped per partner.

Built for you

If you run it, we can connect it

Straight answers

Before you switch.

Whose rates are on the screen: ours or yours?

Yours. Direct carriers rate on your account numbers and discounts, and aggregator feeds use your relationships. StreamLine doesn't sit between you and your carriers.

What happens after I sign up?

A person emails you the same business day. Your workspace is provisioned within one business day, and then we connect and test-rate your carrier accounts, import your customers and brand your portal with you. Onboarding is included in the price.

Do I need to sign a long contract?

No. You pay month to month and can cancel with 30 days' written notice.

Is it only for LTL?

No. LTL is where we're strongest, but truckload (multi-stop, the Available board, FMCSA carrier lookup) and parcel run on the same load record with the same controls.

Can you connect our dimensioner, VMS or other systems?

Yes. Dock equipment posts measurements to StreamLine over a device credential that can do nothing else, and phone LiDAR capture works on day one. Connecting a specific dimensioner, VMS, scale, warehouse or yard system, or ERP is a custom integration: we scope it with you and quote it before any work starts.

Can we get our data out?

Yes. Reports export to PDF, Excel and CSV. Your data belongs to you.

Is it secure?

It runs on AWS with encryption in transit and at rest, role-based permissions and two-factor sign-in for staff. Card payments are handled by Clover's hosted checkout, so we never see or store a card number.
