Transportation Management System

One system for the entire life of a load.

Streamline prices LTL from your own carrier accounts and aggregator feeds, books the load with the carrier, generates the paperwork, tracks the freight and invoices it — on a single load record. Truckload, air freight with TSA compliance, and parcel run the same lifecycle. And it gives your customers a portal that answers before they call.

Why Streamline

Most brokerages aren't limited by freight. They're limited by handoffs.

There is no shortage of loads to quote or carriers to call. What actually caps a brokerage is how many times the same load has to pass through a human before it turns into cash — and how much of that handling is copying information from one screen into another.

A quote lives in a spreadsheet. The booking happens on a carrier website. The BOL is typed again from the same details. The POD lands in someone's inbox. The invoice gets built on Friday. Every one of those seams costs minutes, and every seam is somewhere a rebill, a margin error or an entire load can quietly go missing.

Streamline removes the seams. One record per load, written to by every part of the business, visible to everyone who touches it — including your customer.

01

One record, not six systems

Quote, rate confirmation, BOL, labels, tracking history, POD and invoice all attach to the same load. The rate you sold is the rate on the invoice because it was only ever entered once. Nobody reconciles anything at month end — there was only ever one number.

02

Speed decides who wins the freight

Shippers award to the first credible answer. When one lane entry prices across every carrier account you hold — direct connections and aggregators together, cheapest first, with your margin applied — a rep quotes in seconds instead of visiting five carrier websites.

03

Your customer shouldn't have to call

Every "where's my freight?" call is a symptom. Streamline's customer portal lets your shippers quote, book and track their own loads under your brand, with status notifications sent as things happen — so the phone rings for new business, not for updates.

The life of a load

Seven stages. The same record throughout.

Here is where the hours actually go today, and what Streamline does instead at each step.

01 / Quote
TodayRates pulled from three carrier websites, a spreadsheet of last quarter's lanes and someone's memory. Fifteen minutes per quote, longer if the rep who knows the lane is out.
With StreamlinePriced in seconds. One lane entry rates LTL across your direct carrier accounts and aggregator feeds at your negotiated discounts, with guaranteed-delivery options alongside standard, your margin applied and every quote logged — won or lost. Rate-request emails can become quotes without retyping.
02 / Book
TodayThe rate goes stale between quoting and booking, and nobody notices the margin quietly went underwater.
With StreamlineRe-priced at booking. A portal booking is re-priced with the carrier at the moment of booking and refused below your margin floor — enforced server-side, not just displayed. Credit limits are checked before the load exists: going over one takes an admin override, not a discovery at invoicing.
03 / Vet
TodayAuthority and insurance checked at onboarding, then rarely again. Problems surface after the freight is already on the truck.
With StreamlineA gate, not a checklist. FMCSA authority and out-of-service status block tenders automatically. An expired insurance certificate stops a truckload tender until a current one is on file. The carrier's contracts, W-9s and certificates live on the carrier record with expiry warnings.
04 / Dispatch
TodayBooked in your system, then re-entered on the carrier's website. Sometimes the second half doesn't happen — and nobody knows until the dock calls.
With StreamlineThe carrier is told automatically. Aggregator loads book by API with the carrier's own BOL and pickup numbers written back. Connected LTL carriers get the rate confirmation; truckload carriers sign an acceptance link before paperwork is released. A load the carrier hasn't confirmed says so, on the load and on the dashboard.
05 / Track
TodayAn afternoon of check calls, and a shipper who finds out the truck is late before you do.
With StreamlineThe record advances itself. Carrier tracking feeds update status and fill in PRO numbers as they're assigned. For truckload, drivers check in from a link — no app to install — with GPS stamped on every event. Your customer gets notified as status changes, automatically.
06 / Documents
TodayA BOL typed from the same details a third time, with the wrong bill-to — and a carrier invoicing your shipper at tariff rates.
With StreamlineGenerated, correct, delivered. BOL, labels, confirmations and invoices render from the load record. Third-party billing is printed correctly for aggregator freight so rebills don't happen. Each location remembers who gets the paperwork — the dock, the shipping office — and it's emailed at booking.
07 / Invoice & measure
TodayA Friday batch built by hand, and margin per load known sometime the following month.
With StreamlineClosed and measured. Invoices build from the load with your remit-to and terms, and sync to QuickBooks. Net margin by load, customer and carrier is live from the moment of booking — client reports and carrier scorecards are a click, not a spreadsheet project.
What's inside

Built for the way freight actually runs.

Everything below shares the same load record, the same permissions and the same audit trail. No connectors to maintain, no nightly sync to babysit.

Pricing & quoting

Every rate you're entitled to, on one screen

Your direct carrier accounts and aggregator relationships rate together, cheapest first, at your real discounts — with your margin applied before anyone quotes.

  • Direct connections to major LTL carriers, rated with your account numbers
  • Aggregator feeds priced alongside — one screen, best buy wins
  • Margin floors enforced server-side on self-serve bookings
  • Mass rater for RFP lane sheets; email intake turns rate requests into quotes
Booking & dispatch

Booked here means booked with the carrier

Every booking path ends with the carrier actually told — by API, rate confirmation or signed acceptance — and a load that failed to dispatch is flagged, not silent.

  • Aggregator loads booked by API, their BOL and pickup numbers written back
  • Truckload tenders released on a signed acceptance link
  • Carrier contacts by role — dispatch, billing, claims — with click-to-dial
  • Un-dispatched loads surface on the dashboard; retry is one click from the load
Risk & compliance

Controls that don't rely on memory

Vetting runs as a gate: if a check fails, the tender doesn't go out. For air freight, the TSA program is built in rather than managed on paper.

  • FMCSA authority and out-of-service status block tenders automatically
  • Expired insurance stops truckload tenders until a current certificate is filed
  • Carrier document vault — agreements, W-9s, certificates — with expiry warnings
  • TSA IAC compliance for air: known shippers, vetted couriers, STA tracking
Tracking & visibility

Know before the customer calls

Status comes from carrier feeds and from drivers themselves — and flows onward to your customer without anyone drafting an email.

  • Carrier tracking advances loads and fills in PRO numbers automatically
  • Driver check-in links for truckload — no app, GPS on every event
  • Status notifications to customers by email as things happen
  • A dispatch board that shows what's waiting on you, by name
Documents & billing

Paperwork that matches the freight

Documents render from the load record, so they're right the first time — including the bill-to, which is where rebill fights are born.

  • BOL, labels, rate confirmations and invoices generated per load
  • Third-party billing printed correctly for aggregator freight
  • Per-location recipients — the dock gets the BOL, the buyer gets the quote
  • QuickBooks sync, POD and carrier-bill capture, cargo claims with photos
Air cargo & forwarding

A forwarder's air desk, built in

The Air Cargo module runs the forwarding side end to end — shipment files, tariffs, manifests and accounting — with TSA compliance enforced as a gate, not managed in a binder.

  • Air waybills and house bills issued from the shipment file; shared manifests and cross-docks
  • Stored rate tariffs with instant price checks on chargeable weight
  • Document AI reads inbound paperwork into a filing inbox
  • 30 built-in reports, plus a report generator that schedules and emails its own
Automation & reach

The desk follows the freight

Quoting and paperwork meet your team where they already work — the inbox, the phone, the dock — and the routine chasing runs itself.

  • Outlook and Gmail add-ins turn a rate-request email into a quote request in place
  • Mobile app for quotes, bookings, shipments and claims — signatures included
  • Freight-bill audit checks a carrier's bill against the agreed rate, line by line
  • PO chase reminders that re-send themselves until the number arrives
Your customers

A portal that sells for you

Your shippers quote, book and track under your brand — with the controls that keep self-service from becoming self-inflicted.

  • Self-serve quoting and booking, priced with your margins server-side
  • Customers with their own carrier accounts book at pass-through plus your fee
  • Every booking re-priced live and held to your margin floor; carrier names shown only if you choose
  • White-labeled, with your logo — in six languages
How Streamline helps you grow

Growth is capacity, credibility and cash.

A TMS is not a growth strategy on its own. But nearly every constraint that stops a brokerage from growing comes down to how much freight each person can handle, whether shippers trust you with their volume, and how fast money returns to the business. Streamline moves all three.

Add capacity without adding headcount

Most of a dispatcher's day is mechanical: re-keying rates, retyping BOLs, chasing status, forwarding paperwork. When quoting, dispatch, documents and tracking run off one record, the same team carries more freight — and a new hire learns one system, not six habits.

Give shippers a reason to consolidate freight with you

A shipper who can price a lane, book it and watch it move without calling anyone has very little reason to spread that freight around. The portal, automatic notifications and clean documents are the service story that wins the next lane — under your brand, not ours.

Keep carriers coming back to you first

A carrier who has run your freight before covers faster and cheaper than one you have to find. Clean rate confirmations, correct bill-to on every BOL, dispatch contacts that reach the right desk, and no repeated paperwork make you the broker they answer first.

Stop losing margin to seams

A stale rate booked without re-pricing, a BOL with the wrong bill-to that becomes a rebill fight, an over-limit customer discovered at invoicing — these are margin leaks that come from systems not talking. Streamline closes them structurally: portal bookings re-priced, floors enforced server-side, credit checked before the load exists, bill-to printed right.

Expand into new modes safely

LTL, truckload, air and parcel run on the same platform, so a new mode inherits the same margin discipline, the same vetting gates and the same paperwork engine from day one. Air freight includes the TSA compliance program most systems leave to spreadsheets.

Make your numbers legible

Net margin is computed per load from the moment it books, so client reports and carrier scorecards are always current. When you talk to a lender, a factoring partner or a buyer, the numbers are already in defensible shape.

Who it's for

Right-sized at each stage.

The platform is the same. What changes is which constraint we relieve first.

Getting started

Getting off spreadsheets

You are profitable but everything runs through two or three people who hold the process in their heads. The first win is capturing that process — quoting, dispatch and paperwork in one place — so the business is not fragile and a new hire is productive in weeks.

Growing desk

Scaling without chaos

Volume is growing faster than your ability to see it. The first win is live margin per load and automated dispatch, so growth stops quietly eroding profitability and you can tell which lanes and customers actually earn.

Multi-mode & air

Adding modes with controls intact

LTL is running and you're adding truckload, parcel or air. The first win is that every new mode inherits the same vetting gates, margin floors and paperwork engine — including built-in TSA compliance for air freight.

Getting started

Configured, not implemented.

There is no nine-month project on the other side of a signature. Streamline is configured around how you already work, and we do the setup with you.

Step 1

Brand & margins

Your logo, your margins and floors, your remit-to and billing details. The portal and the paperwork carry your identity from the first quote.

Step 2

Carrier accounts

Your direct carrier accounts and aggregator credentials are connected and test-rated, so the rates on screen are your rates — verified, not assumed.

Step 3

Customers & team

Customers import from a spreadsheet; your team gets roles and permissions. Locations and contacts build themselves as loads are booked.

Step 4

Go live

Run real freight. Invite customers to the portal when you're ready — self-service is a switch you flip, not a second project.

Our end of the deal

See it on your own freight, not a canned demo.

Bring one week of your loads. We'll rate your real lanes against your carrier mix, show the margin math on your numbers, and walk the life of one load end to end — quote, book, dispatch, track, invoice. If it doesn't obviously fit, you'll know in thirty minutes.

Questions we get first

Before you book anything.

Do the rates come from our accounts or yours?

Yours. Direct carrier connections rate with your account numbers and your negotiated discounts; aggregator feeds use your relationships. Streamline puts them on one screen and applies your margin — it doesn't sit between you and your carriers.

What happens to our existing customer and carrier data?

Customers import from a spreadsheet, and we assist with carriers and lane history during setup. Locations, contacts and document recipients then build themselves as you book — the address book grows out of real freight instead of a data-entry project.

Will it work with our accounting?

Invoices carry your remit-to and terms and sync to QuickBooks. PODs and carrier bills are captured against the load, so accounting works from documents that are already matched.

We tried a TMS before and the team wouldn't use it. What's different?

Adoption fails when software adds steps instead of removing them. Streamline's test is simple: fewer clicks than the current process. Quoting is one lane entry instead of five carrier websites; dispatch happens at booking instead of as a second job; the BOL is generated instead of typed. When a workflow doesn't clear that bar, we change the workflow, not your team.

How do you handle carrier risk?

Vetting is a gate, not a reminder. FMCSA authority and out-of-service status block tenders automatically, expired insurance stops a truckload tender until a current certificate is on file, and carrier documents live on the carrier record with expiry warnings.

What about security?

Encryption in transit and at rest, role-based permissions, and two-factor authentication for staff sign-in. It runs on AWS infrastructure, and your data is exportable — it's yours.

Next step

Bring us one week of your freight.

Thirty minutes on your real loads. We'll rate your lanes against your carrier mix, show you the margin math on your numbers, and walk one load from quote to invoice — before you commit to anything.

No discovery call before the demo. A working system with your freight in it.
